双峰中密度聚乙烯/纳米碳酸钙复合材料的流变行为与力学性能

研究了双峰中密度聚乙烯(BMDPE)与纳米碳酸钙不同配比复合物的流变行为与力学性能.讨论了复合物的组成、剪切应力和剪切速率以及温度对熔体粘度和膨胀比的影响,测定了不同配比熔体的非牛顿指数(n)、熔体流动速率(MFR)、粘流活化能以及习用屈服应力,断裂应力和断裂伸长率,用扫描电镜观察了纳米碳酸钙在复合材料中的分散情况.结果发现:纳米碳酸钙可以均匀地分散在BMDPE中,少量的纳米碳酸钙就可以明显提高材料的力学性能,在较高的剪切速率下还可以改善材料的加工性能.  相似文献

Physical properties of a crystal are related to its constituent chemical bonds,which show the interaction of all constituent atoms. Chemical bonding behaviors and bond parameters of a crystal are the important indices that can reasonably express this kind of interaction. Therefore, studying constituent chemical bonds of a crystal is a fundamental method to understand its structure-property relationships, it also would be potentially applicable to the predictions of properties of new crystals and the designing of new type of functional crystal materials. In my doctoral dissertation, starting from the constituent chemical bonds of crystals and using the structure-nonlinear optical (NLO) property relationship as a useful guide, the author carried out basic researches toward the goal of materials designing i.e.crystal engineering.  相似文献

ZnFe₂O₄ and ZnFe₂O₄-based materials were tested to obtain the electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance in melting bath for aluminum electrolysis. The results proved that adequate additives, such as Ni₂O₃ CuO, Cu, ZnO and CeO₂ would increase the electrical conductivity, and the ZnFe₂O₄-based anodes with these additives were of good corrosion resistance. The current density on anode, the mole ratio of NaF/AlF₃ (MR) and the content of alumina in the bath effect the anode corrosion rate in different way. Working with a German state archives, the author developed a MPLP approach to digital appraisal/processing. Testing 10 deduplication software (80% failed), she selected a user friendly and inexpensive software. She appraised 670?GB in four days and developed a simple workflow of broad and in-depth qualitative appraisal. The author highlights the importance of appraisal factors, presents a list of desirable software features, and calls for the establishment of peer-reviewed online testing sites administered by archival organizations.  相似文献
